Black River Market To Get $16-Mil Upgrade

Minister of Local Government and Community Development Noel Arscott will on Wednesday sign a contract for stalls to be built at the Black River Market in St. Elizabeth to accommodate 170 vendors.


The ministry said on Monday that the stalls would be built for double and quadruple occupancy in the main market structure at a cost of $16,757,394.50.

Tank Weld Limited has been awarded the contract.
