Government To Spend $1.7 Billion on Potable Water Projects

The government plans to spend some $1.7 billion in this fiscal year to rehabilitate 26 well sources, pumping stations, and reservoirs across the island.


This as part of the projects and programmes aimed at providing potable water to more households.

The provision is contained in the 2014-2015 Estimates of Expenditure which was tabled in Parliament on Thursday.
