Jamaica Sees A Big Drop in Police Killings

The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) is reporting a big decline in fatalities resulting from police operations.


Terrence Williams, Commissioner of INDECOM, disclosed the latest figures at a press conference yesterday morning.

The figures show that, from July to October in 2013, there were 31 fatal police shootings.

For the same period last year, the figure declined to 7.
