Double Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce captured an unprecedented world 100 metres treble at the IAAF World Championships today. VCB Wins 200m in Beijing

Double Olympic champion Veronica Campbell Brown was Jamaica’s lone winner at the IAAF World Challenge meet in Beijing China today. Campbell Brown clocked  22.69s to win the women’s 200 meters. American Kaylin Whitney finished second in 23.06s while Shillonie Calvert was third 23.12s.

Jamaica’s Veronica Campbell Brown won the Zurich Diamond League women’s 100 metres in 11.04 seconds today clocking the same time as second place Ivorian Muroiel Ahoure. Nigeria’s Blessing Okagbare, who defeated Campbell Brown to win the Commonwealth Games was third in 11.06 seconds.
