Usain Bolt is Ready For The Commonwealth Games Relay

Usain Bolt, Jamaica’s sixteen-time Olympic and World Championship medalist, has declared that he is ready to put on a good show in the sprint relay at the Commonwealth Games.

Bolt has just recovered from a minor foot surgery and a hamstring injury.

Bolt, who has been training twice per day, after missing 8 to 9 weeks of training, confidently said that he’s back in “sub-10 shape”.
